Alloy Polymers Launches Partnership with Rhodia
Venture Reflects Continued Growth in Business Model

Alloy Polymers, Inc. today announced a partnership with Rhodia to provide compounding and related support services in North America. The partnership provides for Alloy Polymers to be Rhodia’s exclusive compounder for its nylon 6 and nylon 6.6 Technyl® brand products. Separately, Rhodia announced the closure of its North American compounding operations based in Mississauga, Canada.

In announcing the Rhodia partnership, Mr. Charles Chiappone, President and Chief Executive Officer commented “We are pleased to have Rhodia join our family of customers taking advantage of our successful business model.
