Alloy Polymers Adds Elizabeth Fessenden to Advisory Board

Alloy Polymers, Inc. announced today the addition of Elizabeth Fessenden to its Advisory Board. “I am pleased that Elizabeth has agreed to join our outstanding Advisory Board. Her senior management experience at Alcoa and most recent experience in private equity, will be invaluable in advising our Executive Team as they execute our strategic plans,” stated Kamini Pahuja, Chairman and CEO.

“I am excited to be joining the Alloy Polymers Advisory Board,” Fessenden commented. “Subhash and Kamini Pahuja built an outstanding company with a tremendously successful 26 year history. The management team they brought on during the last three years is well positioned to take the company to even greater heights in the next 26 years. I look forward to using my experience and expertise to advise the team along the way.”

Fessenden has had a distinguished career serving most recently as a Principal of American Capital, a publicly traded private equity company. Prior to American Capital, Fessenden served 28 years with Alcoa Inc. At Alcoa she served in various senior management roles most recently as President of Alcoa’s Flexible Packaging Unit.

In addition to her membership on the Alloy Polymers Advisory Board, Fessenden serves as a Director of O’Brien & Gere and a Trustee for Clarkson University. Fessenden is active in a number of not for profit organizations currently serving as President of Child Savers and President of the Lake Titus Protective Association.

Fessenden joins Ken Dargis, consultant; Frank Genovese, President of Rothbury Corporation; William Greubel, Former President & CEO of Wabash National Corporation; Hugh Morton, Former Vice President Operations of Hexion Specialty Chemicals; and Kamini Pahuja as members of the Advisory Board.

Alloy Polymers, Inc., founded in 1987 and headquartered in Richmond, VA, provides compounding and related services to companies worldwide. It operates four facilities in Virginia, Ohio, and Texas and employs more than 300 associates.
