Alloy Polymers, we are a service company with excellent compounding
capabilities. We begin the process of maximizing our customers business
(see inset) by gaining a thorough understanding of their needs. Then,
through the rapid development of a signature process, Alloy Polymers
proceeds through commercialization of the product to the manufacture of
customers’ products, allowing our customers to effectively create and
market new products. Indeed, we are often viewed as silent
partners with inestimable presence.
The Richmond, VA and Orange, TX plants offer solely twin screw
compounding, while the Gahanna, OH and Crockett, TX facilities provide
a combination of batch and continuous-compounding equipment. Each plant
is strategically and conveniently located to meet our customers’ needs
nationwide.
Services include the value manufacturing of performance compounds,
black masterbatches, and color formulation. Products compounded at
Alloy Polymers meet the most stringent specifications and are used in a
variety of industries.
